If you ported an existing number into Vox Direct:
- If you've previously set up Caller ID/CNAM with a different carrier, you don't need to do it again. Your previous Caller ID will remain with the number even after it's ported.
- If you never set it up with your previous provider, then we can do so after the number is in service with us by contacting support.
If it is a new number with Vox Direct:
- We automatically set this up when we create your account using the business name you provided.
