To configure your call routing for TFN (Toll-Free Number) or DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number use the following process: Please navigate to your Dashboard by logging into your web portal, once logged in please select:
- Numbers>View Numbers>(select number you wish to route)>
- Call Settings>Incoming Calls>(there is a drop-down with options to choose what best suits your needs) select desired option>
- Save.
