Step 1: Export Contacts to a Spreadsheet
Most tools that store contact information will allow you to export your contacts to a spreadsheet.
Depending on where you have your contacts, you will want to follow specific instructions for exporting your contacts to a spreadsheet. Here are some common sources with instructions:
Step 2: Copy and Paste
Select the entire column of phone numbers in your spreadsheet and copy them:
Now in the VoxDirect web portal, go to your Subscriber List page. Then navigate to the manual entry field and paste the numbers in:
Check the box that the contacts agreed to receive text messages from you.
Finally, save your changes. You did it!
IMPORTANT: Your contacts must agree to be contacted by you via text before you add them to your list. Otherwise these can be considered as “spam” texts and are a violation of your terms and service, which may affect your account’s ability to send texts..
